• Diagnosis Fee: PKR 500 (non-refundable if no repair is carried out)

• Advance Payment: A minimum advance of PKR 2,000 is required to proceed with any repair.

• Discount on Diagnosis: If you choose to proceed with the repair, the PKR 500 diagnosis fee will be deducted from your total bill.

• Cost Approval: Any repair estimate exceeding PKR 2,000 (including parts and labor) will be shared with you for explicit approval before work begins.

• Transportation: Not included—customer is responsible for device drop-off and pickup or courier arrangements. Coordination of deliveries between customer location and our office shall be provided.

• Parts & Labor: Charged separately based on the specific repair; only high-quality or genuine parts used.
